Samiya is a permanent makeup artist. She has been in love with everything art since she was a young girl. At a young age she was involved in art, from taking art classes, painting still live portraits and abstract art, to being recognized in the local Ahwatukee newspaper for her beautiful shading technique in a mother and son coal sketch portrait honoring MLK Day, painting large flowers, former Presidents, animals and nature and doing make up on her family and friends. She has combined her passion for art with her educational background with a degree from Arizona State University. After she completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology, she continued her education in Permanent Cosmetics. Attending permanent makeup seminars and becoming a certified technician in microblading and lip blushing. She is so happy to do what she loves and enjoys helping women and men of all ages and walks of life become more confident from their eyebrow and lip enhancements with her. Being a trained professional is important to her as she strives to be the best permanent makeup artist in Phoenix Arizona for her clients by having ongoing training in the beauty industry. She believes in the importance of actively listening to her client’s eyebrow and lip goals and executing on their desires to have happy satisfied clients. “It literally tickles me pink to see the ear to ear smiles I leave on my clients faces after enhancing their eyebrows and lips and knowing I helped them become more confident and in themselves.” In her free time she enjoys sketching, practicing tattooing, going to art museums, watching Ink Master and Glow Up and spending quality time with her family, dog and friends.
